In compliance of SEBI directives vide its letter Ref. No. MRD/DSA/OW/3796/2014/1, dated 4th February 2014, the Calcutta Stock Exchange discloses the details of the companies listed on this Stock Exchange. The following details have been collated in the format prescribed by SEBI on the basis of information and latest data available with the Exchange. All listed companies of the Exchange are advised to refer the data and report any discrepancies in the data relating to the respective company for updation at CSE end by sending an e-mail to chandranidatta@cse-india.com and listing@cse-india.com along with supporting documents. CSE is required to send the updated data to SEBI within 20th March 2014. Hence, all companies are advised to submit the discrepancies to the Exchange within 15th March 2014 to the Exchange.
