Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2024/1 dated January 05, 2024 regarding Framework for Short Selling. A copy of the said SEBI circular is attached herewith for reference.

Members are advised to take note and comply with the above guidelines.
