Sub: Termination of Section-13 Trading Agreement between NSE with CSE
Members are hereby informed that Honorable High Court at Calcutta vide order dated 16th November, 2023 passed an order in the matter of National Stock Exchange of India Limited & Anr. Vs The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited & Ors., MAT 1854 of 2023 + IA No. CAN 1 of 2023. Copy of the said order is attached herewith. Trading Members are requested to take note of the said order.
Accordingly, Trading members are requested to close / square off all open positions / transactions if any in the NSE Derivative segment on or before 28th November 2023.
