All Entities of the Exchange are hereby informed that Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. SEBI/HO/MRD/TPD/P/CIR/2023/146 dated August 29, 2023 regarding Guidelines for MIIs regarding Cyber security and Cyber resilience. A copy of the said SEBI circular is attached herewith for reference.

All Entities are requested to go through the above circular.
