Subject: Mandating additional disclosures by Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) that fulfil certain objective criteria

All Entities of the Exchange are hereby informed that Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. SEBI/ HO/ AFD/ AFD – PoD – 2/ CIR/ P/ 2023/148 dated August 24, 2023 regarding Mandating additional disclosures by Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) that fulfil certain objective criteria. A copy of the said SEBI circular is attached herewith for reference.

All Entities are requested to go through the above circular.
