All Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. SEBI/HO/MRD/TPD/P/CIR/2023/147 dated August 24, 2023 regarding Modification in Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience framework of Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations and Depositories. A copy of the said SEBI circular is attached herewith for reference.

Members are requested to take note of the same.
