All Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2023/134 dated August 03, 2023 regarding Offer for Sale framework for sale of units of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs). A copy of the said SEBI circular is attached herewith for reference.
