All entities of the Exchange are hereby informed that Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS_Div1/P/CIR/2023/66 dated May 04, 2023, regarding Additional requirements for the issuers of transition bonds. The copy of SEBI circular is enclosed as Annexure for reference.

All entities are requested to take note of the above.
