N O T I C E

Sub: Discontinuation of Dealing and De-listing of Equity shares of

    Castron Technologies Ltd. (Scrip code: 13125 & 10013125)

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to Rule 21(2)(b) of Security Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, if the securities of a company are compulsorily de-listed by a recognized Stock Exchange, the said securities shall be compulsorily de-listed from all recognized Stock Exchanges. De-listing committee of BSE Ltd. in terms of SEBI (De-listing of equity shares) Regulations 2009 passed an Order Ref. No. LIST/COMP/AS/333/2017-18 dated 22^nd August, 2017, by compulsorily de-listing the securities of the company from BSE.

After considering the BSE’s compulsory de-listing order against the company, the equity shares of Castron Technologies Ltd. being de-listed from this Exchange.

Accordingly, dealing in the equity shares ofCastron Technologies Ltd. (Scrip Code: 13125 & 10013125)  will be discontinued  w.e.f  16^th June, 2022.

Further the above scrip will be de-listed from the Exchange records w.e.f.  16^th June, 2022.
