Sub: M/s Jain & Co. Proprietor of Ashok Kumar Jain had applied to the Exchange for Surrender of SEBI Registration Certificate No INB030952218, Clearing Code No. – 0856.
Members are hereby informed that an application has been received from Ashok Kumar Jain proprietor of M/s Jain & Co for surrender of SEBI Registration Certificate No INB030952218,.
Accordingly, claims are being invited from the members of the Exchange before forwarding the same to SEBI for its cancellation. If any member has any claim against the aforesaid member, the same may positively be filled at the office of the undersigned by 25 October, 2021. If no claim is received within 25.10.2021, steps will be taken to process the request of the aforesaid member for surrender of said SEBI Registration.
