Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 17/05/2012 received from the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata changing the name of the company from “GREENLINE TEA & EXPORTS LTD.”  to  “LYKIS LIMITED”

Accordingly, the name of the company will be changed with immediate effect.
