Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 28^th December 2018 received from the Registrar of Companies, BANGALORE changing the name of the Company from “MARATHWADA REFRACTORIES LIMITED to   LERTHAI  FINANCE  LIMITED”.

Accordingly, the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
