NOTICE is published pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 read with the relevant circulars and amendments thereto (hereinafter called ‘the IEPF Rules’), that the Company has already sent intimation to the shareholders concerned regarding transfer of their shares to the demat account of the IEPF Authority in accordance with the IEPF Rules, in case the shareholders do not encash any dividend(s) which is unpaid/unclaimed for seven (7) consecutive years or more, by the next due date of transfer i.e. 31st December, 2018.
The details of such shareholders including their folio number or DP ID-Client ID and number of shares due for transfer are also available on the website of the Company www.cse-india.com.
The concerned shareholders are advised to make their claim for the unclaimed dividends in respect of the shares held by them for the financial year ended 31st March, 2011 and onwards by writing to the Company or the Company’s Registrars & Share Transfer Agent, C B Management Services (P) Limited, P-22, Bondel Road, Kolkata – 700 019 [Phone : (033) 4011-6700 /18 / 17 / 42, Fax (033) 4011-6739; E-mail: rta@cbmsl.com].
Incase shareholders wish to claim the shares/dividend after its transfer to IEPF, a separate application has to be made to the IEPF Authority in form IEPF-5, as prescribed under IEPF Rules and the same is available is available along with all details at the IEPF website www.iepf.gov.in.
