Sub: Sri Ajay Kumar Chiripal ( son & successor) has applied to the Exchange for surrender of SEBI Registration No. INB030046410 , member code no-558 of his father Late Badri Prasad Chiripal Prop. of Badri Prasad & Sons.

Members are hereby informed that an application has been received from Sri Ajoy Kumar Chiripal successor of Late Badri Prasad Chiripal Prop. of M/s.Badri Prasad & Sons for surrender of SEBI registration certificate No. INB030046410.

Accordingly, claims are being invited from the members of the Exchange before forwarding the same to SEBI for its cancellation. If any member has any claim against the aforesaid member , the same may positively be filed at the office of the undersigned by 08.01.2018. If no claim is received within 08.01.2018, steps will be taken to process the request of the aforesaid member for surrender of said SEBI Registration.
