To All Members,

Sub : Compliance with Amendment to PMLA rules

With reference to NSE Circulars No. 316/2017 dated September 27, 2017 and BSE Notice No. 2017226-2 dated December 26 2017 on the captioned subject matter, all Trading Members of the Exchange carrying out transactions under CSE-BSE arrangement and CSE-NSE arrangement are required to update Aadhaar number and C-KYC details of their clients in Class Back Office Software.

Further, trading members would be aware that aforesaid Rule are further amended as per gazette notification dated December 13, 2017, to revise the existing timelines for submission of Aadhaar Number to March 31, 2018 or Six Months from the date of commencement of account based relationship by the client, whichever is letter.

In case of failure to submit the documents within the aforesaid Time limit, the account shall cease to be operational till Aadhaar Number is submitted by the client.

Therefore, Trading Members are advised to update Aadhaar number and C-KYC details of their clients in Class Back Office Software from February 19, 2018 for onward submission to NSE/BSE within March 31, 2018 or Six Months from the date of commencement of account based relationship by the client, whichever is letter.
