Change in Name: EMAMI INFRASTRUCTURE LITIMTED to EMAMI REALTY LIMITED.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 15^th October, 2018 received from the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata changing the name of the company from “Emami Infrastructure Limited” to “Emami Realty Limited”.

Accordingly, the name of the company will be changed with immediate effect.
