Sub: Commencement of Compliance uploader on the
CSE’s web-site
To all
Listed Companies
In continuation to CSE’s earlier notice dated 4th May 2018,
in reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2018/77 dated May 3, 2018, this
notice is being issued. In the aforesaid SEBI circular, SEBI has advised to bring
the provisions of this Circular to the notice of listed entities and the listed
entities shall in turn bring the same to the notice of their promoter/ promoter
group. In order to comply with the same, CSE has launched a new web-link:
https://www.cse-india.com/main/compliance
for uploading of regular routine compliance/s by
the listed companies. In case of non-compliance with the same, fine/s will be
imposed as per the provisions of the aforesaid SEBI Circular.
This is to inform you that for your log in ID and password you are
required to send mail to the following mail ID, from your registered e-mail ID
with CSE:
listingcompliance_4@cse-india.com
