Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 25th October, 2016 received from the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata changing the name of the Company from “ASSOCIATED PIGMENTS LIMITED to APL METALS LIMITED.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
