NOTICE

Sub: Clarification on SEBI’s Circular dated August 13, 2012 providing for the “Manner of Dealing with Audit Reports filed by Listed Companies”

To all listed companies

We want to draw the attention of all the listed companies to the provisions of SEBI Circular Ref.

CIR/CFD/DIL/9/2013 dated June 5, 2013.

Kindly note that SEBI vide the above-mentioned circular mandated listed companies to submit either Form A or Form B along with the Annual Report to the Stock Exchanges. The salient features of the revised requirements, include the following:

“the company is required to disclose the effect of revised financial accounts by way of revised pro-forma financial results immediately to the shareholders through stock exchange.” 

All the listed companies are requested to take note of the circular as proposed by SEBI.
