Sub: Discontinuation of Dealing and De-listing of Equity shares of Bihar Air Products Ltd. (Scrip code: 12184 & 10012184).

 

 

 

 

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to Rule 21(1) of security contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, if the securities of a company are de-listed by a recognized Stock Exchange, the said securities shall be de-listed from all recognized Stock Exchanges. De-listing committee of BSE Ltd. in terms of SEBI (De-listing of equity shares) Regulations 2009 passed an Order dated 3^rd August 2018, by compulsorily de-listing the securities of the company from BSE.

 

After considering the BSE’s de-listing order against the company, the equity shares of Bihar Air Products Ltd. being de-listed from this Exchange.

 

Accordingly, dealing in the equity shares of Bihar Air Products Ltd (Scrip Code: 12184 & 10012184)  will be discontinued  w.e.f  6^th February,  2019.

 

Further the above scrip will be de-listed from the Exchange records w.e.f.  6^th February,  2019.
