Sub: Distribution of recovered amount on account of defaulter brokers
The Governing Board of The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) has decided to proportionately distribute the amount recovered from / on account of few defaulter members after adjusting the legal expenses. The first tranche of net recovered amount is being distributed in proportion to the amount charged from the Members in the year 2001.
Members who do not have B M C / SGF account with CSE, are requested to submit details of Bank Account with IFSC code of the Bank Branch to Securities Department of the exchange, facilitating the transfer the proportionate amount to their respective bank account by the Exchange.
