Listing Amnesty Scheme

Calcutta Stock Exchange would like to bring to the attention of those companies listed with itself, the following listing amnesty scheme with the aim of facilitating   companies to bring their listing compliance up to date. The scheme is also intended to facilitate resolution of deadlocked issues due to changes in business scenario at the company’s end.

 

Salient features of the Scheme

Ø      Concession on the amount of Penalty @ Rs.5,000/- p. a for the duration of suspension from Trading.

Ø      Waiver of penalties due to non-publication / filing of various notices and Quarterly Results prior to 1^st April 2007.

Ø      Waiver of filing of documents under various clauses of the Listing Agreement prior to the date of implementation of the Scheme.

Ø      Pending listing application process has been simplified.

 

Who are eligible?

     

Ø      All listed companies of CSE who agree to the following:

·          Pay outstanding listing fees up to 2009-10 by 31st Dec 2009.

·          Comply with all listing agreement requirements from 1^st April 2007.
