Change in Name: Haricharan Projects Limited to Layla Textile and Traders Limited

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 12^th May, 2016 received from the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata changing the name of the Company from “Haricharan Projects Limited” to “Layla Textile and Traders Limited”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
