Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated nil received by the Exchange on 16^th October,2015 from M/s.Skybull Shares & Securities Pvt.Ltd. (Code No.03/1072) (SEBI Regn.No. INZ030006035) stating that the company wishes to appoint Sri Premanshu Rana as Qualifying/Whole time/Designated Director in place of Sri Manish Saraf, without change in control. Claims are being invited from the members against M/s.Skybull Shares & Securities Pvt.Ltd.
