Re: Change of legal form of CSE Member from BSAS Securities Private Ltd (SEBI Regn. No. INB031491633) to BSAS Securities Ltd (New SEBI registration No.INZ000018135

Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to change of legal form of M/s BSAS Securities Pvt. Ltd., to BSAS Securities Ltd., SEBI vide its letter Ref.No.MIRSD-/VP/OW/3489/2016, dated 08.02.2016 had issued a fresh Certificate of Registration to BSAS Securities Ltd., vide INZ000018135.

Trading Members are further informed that consequent on change in the name of the broker from BSAS Securities Pvt. Ltd to BSAS Securities Ltd., the certificate of registration of all the sub-brokers affiliated to the brokers, contract notes and other documents issued, the agreements executed with the sub-brokers and clients etc, under the old name prior to issuance of the certificate vide this SEBI letter, shall continue to be valid as if issued for /by/executed by the broker under its new name.
