Sub: SEBI (Payment Of Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014
Trading Members are hereby informed that
SEBI has published the (Payment of Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014 vide
Notification Ref. No. No. LAD-NRO/GN/2014-15/03/1089, dated 23rd May, 2014 and
has amended the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers and
Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992. Copy of
the amended regulations is attached as Annexure.
Members are requested
to take note of the same and comply accordingly.
