Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 28^th March, 2014 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Shri Nataraj Ceramic & Chemical Industries Ltd.”to “Dalmia Refractories Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
