Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 17^th September, 2014 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Stanley Schappell Trade & Finance Ltd.”to “Shailja Commercial Trade Frenzy Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
