Change in Name: Kanisk Udyog Viniyog Ltd. to Kartavya Udyog Viniyog Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 22^nd May, 2014 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Kanisk Udyog Viniyog Ltd.”to “Kartavya Udyog Viniyog Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
