Change in Name: Jupiter Enterprises Ltd. to India Nivesh Capitals Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 18^th February, 2014 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Jupiter Enterprises Ltd.” to “IndiaNivesh Capitals Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
