NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Ninetieth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited will be held on Saturday, the 28th September, 2013 at 11A.M. at the Registered Office to transact the business contained in the Notice dated 23rd August, 2013.

Notice is also given pursuant to Section 154 of the Companies Act, 1956 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Exchange shall remain closed from 25th September, 2013 to 28th September, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the said AGM of the Company and for payment of dividend, if declared.
