Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 6^th December,2013  from M/s. Fervent Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (Code No.03/1068) (SEBI Regn.No. INB031498935)  stating that one of the Designated Director, Sri Vijay Kumar Bagee wishes to resign from the Company.   Claims are being invited from the members against M/s. Fervent Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 26^th December,2013.
