Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 7^th May,2013 from M/s. Dreamway Share & Stocks India Ltd.. (Code No.03/1050) (SEBI Regn.No.INB031461339) stating that the company  wishes to appoint Sri Soumen Manna as Designated Director in place of  Sri Nirupam Santra. Claims are being invited from the members against M/s.Dreamway Share & Stocks India Ltd.  Any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by  22^nd May,2013.
