NOTICE

Sub: SCORES Authentication for listed companies

To All Listed companies

This has reference to SEBI Circular No. CIR/OIAE/1/2013 dated 17^th April 2013 stipulating that all companies which are listed on any Stock Exchange must redress the grievances of investors and inform them within 30 days of receipt of complaints using SCORE. Further the circular also directs all the listed companies which are yet to obtain SCORE user ID & password to obtain the same within 30 days of issue of the Circular i.e., by 17^th May 2013.

SEBI vide its letter dated 9^th May 2013 has intimated the Exchange that 806 companies listed with this Exchange have not yet obtained SCORE user ID & password. The list of such companies are attached herewith (Annexure A).

All such companies are once again requested to comply with the directives of SEBI with regard to SCORES registration before 17^th May 2013 failing which penal action may be initiated against the companies for non-compliance of SEBI directive.
