Change in Name: IAG Company Ltd. to IAG Glass Company Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 21^st October, 2013 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “IAG Company Ltd.” to “IAG Glass Company Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
