All Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Whole Time Director of SEBI had pronounced his order against Bubna Stock Broking Services Ltd., a member of this Exchange, in the matter of G.R. Industries & Finance Ltd., vide a Order No. WTM/RKA/ERO/43/2013 dated 12th November, 2013. In exercise of his powers under Section 12(3) of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulations 28(2) and 38(2) of the SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008, the Whole Time Member of SEBI had suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Bubna Stock Broking Services Ltd. (SEBI Registration No. INB 030707632), for a period of three months with effect from 4th December, 2013.
