Change in Name: Tejmangal Commercial Co. Ltd. to Radhagobind Commercial Ltd.
Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 16th July, 2013 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Tejmangal Commercial Co. Ltd.” to “Radhagobind Commercial Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
