Notice for all Listed Companies: Waiver on Outstanding dues

All the companies are hereby intimated that, the exchange to encourage the listed companies to become compliant has decided to consider waiver applications against the pending dues till 31/3/2012.

Interested company may approach the listing department to get details about their pending dues and put up the application for waiver. Such applications will be considered for waiver and revised pending dues after waver will be intimated to the company.

The Exchange reserved the right to withdraw this offer on or before 31/3/2012.
