Sub: Redressal of complaints against Stock Exchanges (SEs) through SEBI SCORES/ maintenance of web site by the company

To all listed companies

Please refer to the provisions of SEBI Circular Ref. CIR/MRD/ICC/16/2012 dated 15th June 2012, subsequent circular no. CIR/OIAE/1/2012 dated 13th August 2012 and SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/10/2010 dated 16^th December 2010, on the aforesaid issue.

In reference to the aforesaid two circulars, please provide the exchange the following information immediately to enable us to compile a list of companies which have complied with the directives of the aforesaid SEBI Circulars:-
