Sub:	Application for Registration in Equity Derivative Segment

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application from M/s. KPC Securities Pvt. Ltd., an existing member of the Exchange, SEBI Regn.No.INB030972931, Code No.441, for Registration in Equity Derivative Segment of CSE for the limited purpose of sharing the Derivatives Segment of NSE and/or other Exchanges u/s. 13 of SCRA. The Whole Time Directors of the company are Sri Kanta Prasad Changoiwala and Smt.Priti Bose. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 26^th December, 2012.
