Change in Name: Henkel India Ltd. to Jyothy Consumer Products Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 24^th August, 2012 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Henkel India Ltd.” to “Jyothy Consumer Products Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
