Change in Name: Monnet Ispat Ltd. to Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 21^st March, 2006 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Monnet Ispat Ltd.” to “Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
