Change in Name: Hifunda Ltd. to Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 17^th October 2011 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Hifunda Ltd.” to “Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
