Re: Change in directorship/shareholding pattern without change in control

Members are hereby informed that the Membership Selection Committee at its meeting held on 1^st June,2012 has decided to give three months time to all existing members (corporate/partnership) to regularize the change in directorship/shareholding pattern, change in partners/sharing pattern without change in control without any fee/penalty.

However, kindly take note that after expiry of the said period i.e. three months from the date of issue of this notice, a processing fee of Rs.5,000/- plus Service Tax as applicable along with a penalty of Rs.500/- p.a. or part thereof from the date of default will be charged for such non-compliance. After expiry of said period, no request for waiver of processing fee/penalty will be entertained.
