Submission of Internal Audit Report for the half year ending 31st March 2011
This is further to Exchange Notices dated 29th October 2008, 6th April 2009, 14th December 2009, 26th May 2010 and 21st October 2010 wherein members were intimated that they are required to submit Internal Audit Report for the half year ended on March and September along with annexures and management comments.
In view of the above, members are
advised to submit Internal Audit Report for the half year ended 31st March,
2011 along with annexures, if any and management comments as per Annexure-I & II
attached herewith by June 30, 2011.Details are also available in the web-site of the
Exchange. Members participating in both C-Star and BSE-CSE arrangement may submit single
Internal Audit Report combined across different trading platforms.
In
case of any queries/clarification, the trading members may contact GM (Operations) /
Manager (Surveillance)/Assistant Manager (Surveillance) of the Exchange.
