N O T I C E

Sub. : Activity Schedule for Auction Session.

With reference to SEBI circular No. CIR/MRD/DP/39/2010 dated December 28, 2010, members of the Exchange are hereby informed that w.e.f. auction of Settlement No. 2011810 (Trade Date : 01/02/2011) scheduled on Thursday, February 03, 2011, the auction session for securities delivered short for trades of T day will be conducted on the respective settlement day.

Accordingly the activity schedule will be as follows:

Day	Activity
T	Trade Day.
T+2	Settlement Day
T+2	Auction Session at 04:47 p.m.
T+3	Auction settlement (Securities and Funds Pay in-11 a.m.)and Close out.

However, when there are two settlements scheduled on the same day due to intervening bank holidays, then in such cases the auction session of first settlement will be conducted on the same day and the auction of second settlement will be conducted on the next trading day (auction settlement/close-out on subsequent working day).

All other norms/guidelines/procedures in respect of auction/close-out on CSTAR would remain unchanged.
