Sub: Record date for Sub-Division of equity shares of Tycoon Trades and Investment Ltd.

Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Tycoon Trades and Investment Ltd. has fixed a Record Date for the purpose of sub-division of the face value of equity shares and accordingly members of the Exchange are hereby advised not to deal in the equity shares of the company as follows:
