Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 31^st March 2011 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “RDB Industries Ltd.” to “NTC Industries Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
