Change in Name: Poddar Heritage Investments Ltd. to Adventz Investments & Holdings Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 30^th December 2010 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Poddar Heritage Investments Ltd.” to “Adventz Investments & Holdings Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
