Change in Name: Allanzers Distribution Services Ltd. to Matrix Infrapro Finance Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 13^th January 2011 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Allanzers Distribution Services Ltd.” to “Matrix Infrapro Finance Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
